Returns

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and cakes, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, returns or replacements may be considered if:

The product received is damaged or defective.
The wrong product was delivered.
The order is incomplete or significantly different from what was ordered.

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are prepared or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed, prepared, customized, or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
