Returns

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and cakes, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, returns or replacements may be considered if:

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Order Cancellations

Delivery Issues
